hey nat….after watching your videos about the south beach diet i decided to try this diet..can i ask though what the name of the book you have in the beginning and who wrote it? thanks..
so how do u do this diet if your a vegetarian?
@MsPerfectRed Good luck! I am a vegetarian as well and I have trouble finding weight loss diets that lack meat as well.You can usually substitute the chicken for salmon so if you eat fish than that could work for you. Otherwise, tofu might be another alternative you could go for?

You also need to avoid the Aspartame at all costs. Aspartame contains Methanol and is a poison that is proven to cause neurological issues. If you consume lots of diet drinks, yogurt and other sugar-free diet foods you are getting high doses of this stuff. Once I cut out the foods and drinks containing Aspartame I felt a million times better. Do your own research. An awesome replacement for these things is Agave Nectar (found by the honey at the store) or Stevia. BE CAREFUL!!!!!
Hi Nat! WOW 5 sizes, that is amazing!! that is alot of weight, congrats! I have gained a ton of weight and am trying to lose it so I can have a second child. My son is 2 and a half and I still have 40 our of 60 pounds on from that pregnancy. yikes! I’m starting this tomorrow, you’re my inspiration! Can you have bananas on phase 1? Oh, I subscribed to you too! :~)

Arthur Agatston, M.D. who developed the diet said MANY people want to continue to cook and do gourmet eating, so he got Chef’s from South Beach to make recipes FOR THOSE PEOPLE, but you don’t have to cook like that. He just shows you how to make recipes with basic food.
They also want you to avoid fruit and certain veggies cuz they contain high natural sugars…which of course, do turn into carbs..Just wanted to state that. This is a great vid, though cuz people always think South Beach and Atkins are the same and they’re not. South Beach is a TON healthier.
