It’s been 6 weeks now of me going to the gym 5 days a week and though I haven’t been super strict with my diet, I have not lost 1lb! NOT ONE!…On the diet-front, I’m hopelessly trying to find a routine that works for me….What I like about it is that it’s not a diet, it’s more of a lifestyle change….
