    That is a lot of water. I’ve been drinking more the last few days and can really tell a difference. I’ve read that fasting a day now and then can be good for you.

    i agree with everything except for fasting. because honestly i think that should be replaced with… dun dun dunnnnnnn :a regular sleep cycle! go to bed around the same time and wake up around the same time and shoot for that 8 hours of sleep. even if you’re backwards like me going to bed at 4 in the morning and waking up at 12 in the afternoon everyday, the regular sleep pattern really helps. and that gives your body the chance it needs to rest, good sir. otherwise, great advice.

    Good point about the urine, because usually the morning after i drink my piss is always yellow
