Hey!I was just watching your videos, wow they seem very helpful to many people.Last year I lost a lot of weight by just not eating at all and it made me thinner, but my tummy wasn’t really flat at the end, coz i wasn’t exercising at all!now i wanna try it the healthy way:why do you want us to eat proteins?coz whenever i diet i just eat salads and vegetables and stuff like that, now i am confused.. dont they get stored as fat?and i am vegetarian, but someone told me soy makes u fat, true??

It depends – is there a particular reason you’re drinking milk? Do you want it for the taste or for the nutritional content? If it’s for the taste and you love cow’s milk then sure you can mix it with water if you want. If you’re drinking it for protein and nutritional content then you can always experiment with hemp milk which has a ton of protein or other natural milks. Dairy is not terrible but it’s not fantastic either. Water and green tea are best when it comes to liquids.
